Hi Toni,
your comment about the high density housing along SMART tracks being non profit therefore zero tax revenues to local entities, stopped me immediately. Has this been said loudly, clearly, often, more often, louder?
Is this due the housing being Fair Housing Act? (forget the exact title presently, sorry) Won't that be costly to the local governments as they will have to maintain and provide services which that housing isn't paying for?
I posted here cause I don't have an acct otherwise I would
have done it on the newest SMART train article.

I am working on a feature film that is helping a great cause as well as offering people the opportunity to get involved with the film.
