Samantha has been the curator for the Novato History Museum since 2007 and the Hamilton Field History Museum since it was unveiled in spring 2010. She has lived and worked in Ohio (her native state), New York, Texas, Minnesota and France, but has happily called Sonoma County home for the past seven years. With 20 years of work experience in higher education, social service and cultural nonprofit organizations, Samantha is interested in how every community can promote, celebrate and preserve its unique identity. She has studied historic preservation, and has a degree in art history and English from Hiram College plus a masters in arts administration from Goucher College.
