Nancy O'Neill, Neighbor

Nancy O&#39;Neill is a Novato native and 30-plus-year resident. She is the co-editor of the <i>PV Views</i>, the weekly newsletter of the Pleasant Valley Elementary School. Prior to that, she wrote a monthly column focusing on local businesses and events for the Novato Mothers Club publication,<i> Mother&#39;s Ink</i>, where she also served as the editor-in-chief.  With degrees in business administration, communications and law, she spent nearly a decade providing legal advice to California employers on state and federal employment laws and has served on the boards of several local organizations including St. Francis Preschool and the Novato Mothers Club.  She is now a freelance writer and volunteers in Novato schools.  Nancy lives in Novato with her husband, two children and chocolate lab.
