My wife and I have lived here in Marin since 1977 and in our present home in Pacheco Valle since 1988.  We have enjoyed living in Novato, raised our two kids here, and have been active in a number of community activities.

I currently chair Novato's General Plan Update Committee and previously chaired the city's (now defunct) Housing & Services Commission.  I served on the Marin County Grand Jury in 2007, and have served as a board member for the Marin Chapter of the California Grand Jury Association. I served as an original board member and am currently an Advisory Council member for Marin Village, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping seniors remain in their homes.
