Tim started in the coffee business at this Ignacio location in 1994 back when it was Prudie's Espresso. The 1,000 square-foot coffee spot is in the middle of the newly-renovated Pacheco Plaza and has additional outside seating, shade umbrellas and a prime corner spot. The place is a relaxing sanctuary amid this busy shopping center.
