The same thing is happening to the gluten free craze as happened to the "fat free" food industry. They are loaded with refined sugar or numbers of other sweeteners. Research the problems associated with Sucralose and other artificial sugars. It is my opinion that it's healthier to eat fresh fruits and vegetables that have not been processed and put into packaging. Mother Nature does it best.
