In late 1985, several changes were made before further episodes were produced, including changing…Read More the show's title to The Ted Knight Show (not to be confused with the short-lived 1978 CBS show of the same name). Neither Jackie nor Sara appeared in this season. Henry, Muriel and Andrew move to a house in Marin County, north of San Francisco. Henry leaves the cartoonist profession and becomes editor and 49% owner of a newspaper, The Marin Bugler, while Muriel takes a job with the paper as a photographer. Monroe becomes a reporter-in-training at the paper, and under the Rushes' supervision, proves to be more resourceful than in years past. Hope Stinson (Pat Carroll), owns the other 51% of the Bugler, creating friction with Henry. Lisa Flores (Lisa Antille) was also added to the cast as the Rushes' maid and eventual romantic interest for Monroe. Along with the new title, a new opening was filmed in Marin County.

This sounds like a blast and I'm planning on going. One question though - how are people gonna get…Read More up there? There's not nearly enough parking anywhere on the front side of Tam to accommodate this many people. Shuttle buses? Teleportation? Everyone has to ride their bike? How will this happen?

This is a really cool idea, with normal kid next door types singing. Blue collar baseball with blue…Read More collar fans, a true farm system for not just players, but for fans too. This is what baseball used to be. A triple, a play at the plate, or a good old double play is great no matter where you are, and for one tenth of a Giants ticket.

This whole deal makes me remember some idiotic things I did along these lines in my twenties....grew…Read More up in LA....and a stage production of The Iceman Cometh with Jason Robards came to town and an actor buddy had very hard to get tickets...being the 80's he also had a a prodigious amount of cocaine because the show was SIX HOURS LONG....if you know that particular recreational drug, you um, tend to blab...we thought we were whispering until Jason Robards glared at our dumbasses before continuing the play....we were asked to leave and I believe we ended up The Whiskey, still blabbing! Live and learn.

Awwww, people suffering all around the world, going hungry, dying and that cunt thought it was…Read More heartbreaking that ugly 'ole Bob left in a huff. Perhaps it's because Bob sucks ass? Always has, always will. I'd talk through it too. Loudly. While throwing rotten fruit.

I so agree with Jan! We are so fortunate that he is now dedicating his fortune, immense creativity…Read More and incredible intellect to helping others - via the park, his educational foundation and now this museum. Can't wait to see what he does next!

Forgot to mention that we are looking for new, energetic members (no acting, dancing, or singing…Read More experience required to join this merry band of Marin women). The best way to see what we're about is attending one of the performances. Our theater group's mission is to continue to bring live, musical theater to young children at a very reasonable price.

The best part about being in Masque Unit show is getting to greet all the audiences afterward in the…Read More lobby. Kids love it! Puss in Boots is a very cute show with catchy tunes and humor for all ages. Please say, "hello" if you are able to make it this weekend.

In case you did not read the front page of the printed Independent Journal, check it out! They actually thought Novato had a first rate social event! Congratulations to all of you who worked so hard

Does the Huffington Post decide Patch content? I notice Arianna Huffington is still the…Read More editor even though it was sold to AOL. Is that why we picked up this article? If you read the comments from the original article they are nothing short of disgusting.
I think what each community wants from Patch is different. On the website for the Huff Post drinking article they could care less about the impact of drinking games on teen alcohol use. It is a totally different audience from Novato or even Marin.

I also agree as well as cannot believe they post basically that staying home means you live in…Read More poverty. Kind of racists. A lot of people choose to be responsible and drink at home rather than drive. I know they wrote" lassitude or poverty", but we all know what they are leaning to.

A poor journalistic choice: I absolutely agree with the comments above. There are more creative ways…Read More to enjoy the oscars. Emphasizing "drinking to excessiveness" is not the best choice. Think about your choice of words for a better headline.
