Mega Event: Indian Cultural Festival

MahaShivratri, Indian Classical Dance, Meditation with Shiva, Classical Music and more

I am writing to invite you to be with us at the special celebration of Mahashivratri at the Anubhuti Retreat Center in Marin County on Saturday March 9-10.

This is a very important festival in India. This year the theme we have chosen is the famous twelve Jyotirlingas that are spread across the Indian sub-continent. We will have a miniature version of each of these Shivlingas and explain their significance.

Program will begin at noon with brahma bhojan (food made in reverence of God) followed by the inaugural ceremony, darshan, devotional music, talk and classical dances. This program will continue till Sunday, March 10, so if for any reason you are unable to make the 9th, kindly let us know your availability for the closing ceremony on the 10th.

The Brahma Kumaris are committed to reigniting the connection between souls and the Supreme Soul who is worshipped with so many names and forms. We hold the strong vision that when man makes the time to understand and forge a link with the Source, peace, love and happiness will be the predominant forces in the world.

Would you please let us know at your earliest convenience your ability to attend? Click here for contact details, map and directions to Anubhuti Retreat Center.
