Real Estate Market Snapshot - Marin, Sonoma, Napa, August 21, 2013

A month and half has passed since my last update on 07/10/13.  Ever wonder what kind of changes we are seeing during these past 6 summer weeks?

Other than a surprise slight decrease in inventory in Marin; Sonoma and Napa have healthy increase in Homes for Sale.

All three counties saw a dip in homes under contract.

Marin and Sonoma counties closed more sales and Napa a little less.

All counties saw increases in both Average Sold Price and Median Sale Price.
