Real Estate Market Snapshot - Marin, Sonoma, Napa, July 10, 2013

It is always interesting to see what summer brings in terms of real estate.

This snapshot of 07/10/13 vs 06/05/13 shows Marin and Sonoma are in sync in market trend while Napa is slightly different.

Inventory grew in Marin and Sonoma at the start of summer (after the schools are out) while Napa saw a slight dip.  Homes under contract decreased for both Marin and Sonoma with Napa seeing a jump.

The biggest change is in number of SOLD homes in all three counties, all over 30% decrease!  Sold price enjoyed relative small increases compare to the past few months.
