Show Us Your 49ers Spirit — Upload Shots Here

Jim Cunningham, 82, has been decorating his home on game day since 1947.

Jim Cunningham's house is a tourist destination. No one can pass it on a 49ers game day without slowing down. In preparation for the NFC Championship Game last weekend, he pulled out 15 years' worth of decorations. How will he top that for Super Bowl?

Cunningham lives down in Aptos (Santa Cruz County), so people in Novato probably didn't see it. But Novato Patch knows there are some intense Niner fans around here, too. We got you inspired by showing you Cunningham's outward dedication to his favorite team, so do you think you can you one-up him?

Show us your stuff by uploading photos or videos to this story, and we'll showcase it on the eve of the Feb. 3 Super Bowl. If you have a room dedicated inside your home, exterior decorations a special ensemble you wear on game days, share it with us. Just hit the "upload" button and away you go. Make sure to fill out a caption so we know who you are.

As far as I know, the first Superbowl game played on Jan 15, 1967. How come Jim Cunningham started decorating his house 20 years early..?
