San Marin Plays Host to Redwood in MCAL Softball Semis

Red-hot Mustangs riding eight-game winning streak into tonight's game.

San Marin High will play host to Redwood in an Marin County Athletic League softball playoff semifinal tonight at 6:30 p.m.

The winner of tonight's game will play San Rafael at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday at San Marin.

No. 2 seeded San Marin (15-4) is riding an eight game winning streak.

The Mustangs are led by junior standout Paige McIntosh, who leads the team in batting average (.484), home runs (nine) and RBI (35).   

No. 6 Redwood (10-13) is led by freshman Kayla Rose, who's batting .426 (26 for 61).
