A gentle yoga practice under the twilight sky at the QUEST TWO site, before the Luminaria Ceremony. We'll slow down; access our prana, our breath, our life force; discover inspiration in simple yet powerful movement; and nurture a sense of deep peace. Ideal for beginners to advanced practitioners and suitable for slight or moderate injuries. Some mats and props provided but bring a blanket and warm, loose clothing.
