People of all ages and ability levels enjoy the energy, strength, stress relief, and balance gained from Qi-Acise (chee-uh-size). Qi-Acise blends aerobics with movements from qigong, tai chi, and yoga to create a fluid, gentle, and rhythmic exercise program. Qi-Acise uses relaxing music and simple, easy-to-follow choreography. Qi-Acise tones and lightly stretches your muscles and releases your joints. The instructor will help you modify any of the movements in Qi-Acise to fit your unique ability, strength, and flexibility levels. Qi-Acise is offer through the Novato Parks, Recreation, and Community Services department as an ongoing course scheduled in four-week sessions. Join during any session. No classes on June 21 or November 22.

The classes are held on Thursdays from 6:30 - 7:30 pm at the Hamilton Community Center, Dance Studio, 503B South Palm Drive, Novato, CA

The cost for each four-week session is $33 (resident or $41 non-resident).
