Groupon for Introduction to CrossFit classes and Paleo nutrition eduction at TJ's Gym - CrossFit Novato

We are working with Groupon to offer "Introduction to CrossFit" and Paleo nutrition education classes. The Groupon will offer will run for 3 days and will be valid for 6 months. Each class will offer instruction on functional movements. We will cover a variety of nutrition topics over the course of the program.
