Body Kinetics Health Club & Spa is having a grand opening of their new Novato location on May 7th and donating guest fees and joining fees on that day to the Gilead House of Novato. The Gilead House mission is to bring hope to families in need by providing transitional housing and life skills that lead toward a stable life and permanent housing. The festivities are from 8am – 12 noon and include raffle prizes, healthy breakfast and lunch, chair massage, group exercise classes like Zumba, yoga flow, body sculpt/step, Pilates apparatus, Rip 60 suspension training demo class and PowerFIT small group training.
