Two San Rafael men accused of having sex with the same 13-year-old girl at different times have pleaded guilty in their cases. Wuilgin Amilcar Morales, 21, was sentenced Thursday to two years in jail. He will not have to register as a sex offender, but he is being detained on a federal immigration hold and could face deportation after his jail term. Esvin Luis Calderon-Calderon, who was 20 when the crimes occurred, is scheduled to be sentenced on Tuesday. He agreed to the judge's offer for a 120-day sentence and has enough custody credits to nearly satisfy it, a county prosecutor said. The case began in November, when the girl's mother came home and found her having sex with a man, San Rafael police said. The girl said she had been seeing the man for about a month without her mother's knowledge. That suspect was identified as Calderon-Calderon. As the investigation continued, police developed information that the girl also had sex with another man repeatedly since July. The second suspect was identified as Morales, a friend of the family.
