San Marin High Principal Announces Retirement

Robert Vieth, an educator for 37 years, to step down at the end of the school year.

Robert Vieth, 's principal for the past four years, announced his retirement at the end of the school year during a faculty meeting Wednesday morning and sent out a letter to subscribers of the school's e-newsletter.

"I will be turning 60 years old this summer and I have been an educator at a variety of levels in my 37 year career," he wrote, "and I can honestly say these past four years have been as enjoyable as any in my educational career."

His letter is attached.
