OUR LADY OF LORETTO SCHOOL CELEBRATES 20TH ANNIVERSARY OF MONSIGNOR KEANE EXTENDED CARE

Our Lady of Loretto School will celebrate the 20th Anniversary  of the Monsignor Keane Extended Care Program this Sunday, August 28th after the 10:30am Mass. A small reception will be held for current and former staff members and students who have attended Keane Care over the past twenty years.

Monsignor James Keane, former Pastor of Our Lady of Loretto Church, will be attending the celebration.  Founding Keane Care directors Claudia O'Connor and Toni Basich, and original staff members Debbie Ghilotti, Colleen Knopf, Carole Patane, and Mary Lynne Richardson will also be on hand to welcome guests.

OLL’s extended care program first opened its doors on September 3, 1991. Since Monsignor Keane was instrumental in the establishment of the program, it was aptly named Monsignor Keane Extended Care.  Over the years, the name has been shortened to "Keane Care".  Our Lady of Loretto School has one of the largest extended care facilities in the entire San Francisco Archdiocese.  Keane Care is open for both before- and after-school care.

Over the past twenty years, the majority of Keane Care staff has either been OLL faculty members, OLL graduates, or parents and grandparents of OLL students.  All current and previous OLL Keane Care staff and students are welcome to join us on Sunday for our 20th Anniversary Celebration from 11:30am-1pm in the Keane Care building!

For further information, please call our Keane Care director, Mrs. Loberg, at (415)898-5877.
