Healthy Body, Healthy Brain

Health Body, Health Brain: The health of the brain plays a critical role in almost everything you do: thinking, feeling, remembering, working and playing even sleeping. The good news is that we now know there's a lot you can do to help keep your brain healthier as you age and may reduce your risk of Alzheimer's disease or other dementia. This program will offer tips for what you can do to keep you brain healthy and active. Presented by the Alzheimer’s Association and sponsored by the Novato Independent Elders Program, a program of Episcopal Senior Communities.  There is a $5 fee payable at the door. Call 899-8290 to reserve your spot.
