Family to Family Education Program on Mental Illness

Free Family-to-Family Education Program sponsored by NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Marin for family members, partners and friends of individuals with serious mental illness.

A series of 12 weekly classes to help caregivers understand and support individuals with serious mental illness while maintaining their own well-being. The course is taught by family member volunteers who know what it's like to have a loved one struggling with an illness like major depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, BPD, panic disorder or OCD.
