Chan Buddhist Medicine of the Emei Linji Lineage: Relative vs. Absolute in Health, Healing and Spiritual Development - Devatara Holman
RAHM Metaphysical Exploration Grouphttp://www.rahmgroup.org
How can understanding the complex realm of relative dualism help us transform suffering into happiness? And what does this tell us about the path to realizing non-dual awareness, Absolute Truth and Absolute Enlightenment? The key to understanding these questions is in understanding our own thinking.
Devatara Holman shares a perspective on these questions from the view of the Emei Linji Chan Lineage of Buddhist medicine. She will talk about Taiji (dual) and Wuji (non-dual) states, illustrate how dualistic thinking impacts physical health, emotional happiness and the awakening to full enlightenment.

She will then lead the group in exercises to remove previous dualistic thinking and Karma from the body-mind, giving us an understanding of the boundless capacity of our minds, with the ability to heal the body and delete illness, and uncover our own true nature of blissful, non-dual awareness. Students will learn to effect self healing with sacred healing sounds, and to delete physical illness and disturbing emotions in self and others.
