Meet Marin's own Tom Hudgen's, chef and cookbook author, as he presents a cornucopia of recipes for the Thanksgiving Table. In this benefit class, Chef Tom will set the holiday mood by demonstrating several delicious recipes to create a meal all their own. Tickets include a full meal; wine will be available for purchase. The menu is:
- Oysters baked in absinthe, herbs and breadcrumbs
- Celery root soup with mushroom relish
- Delicata squash with farro-sage stuffing
- Brussel sprouts with brown butter and chestnuts
- Pickled spiced pears
- Watercress salad with persimmons and toasted walnuts
- Almond brittle
