Meet Novato City Council candidates Madeline Kellner and Leslie Peterson Schwarze. Kellner, incumbent and the current mayor, and Peterson Schwarze, a former schools trustee, will appear at a meeting of the San Marin Improvement Association at 7 p.m. at All Saints Lutheran Church, across San Marin Drive from San Marin High School. There will be an informal discussion with the candidates and it is your chance to ask questions if you wish. The election is Nov. 8!
