Agenda Highlights:

1. Approval to Award Bid for Demolition Contractor Services for Station 64
   

   Board approval is requested to award the bid for demolition contract services to VEM General Engineering, Inc. in the amount of $106,000.00

2. Ladder Truck Change Order
   Board approval is requested to accept the following change orders in the amount not to exceed $21,000.00.

3. Ladder Truck Finance Options
   Board approval is requested to fund the purchase of the ladder truck either with a lease option or with the Apparatus Assigned Fund Balance.

4. Alternative Monthly Financial Reports
   Board approval is requested to consider the Finance Committee’s recommendation on reports number two and five.

5. Modification of Policy 1-IX-6 Purchasing Procedures: Goods and Equipment
   Board approval is requested to adopt the modifications to the Policy 1-IX-6 Purchasing Procedures: Goods and Equipment
