7:51 p.m. – A person was reported to be sitting in the bike lane on the roadway in the vicinity of Novato Boulevard and San Miguel Way. The reporting party was unsure of the sex of the person but said that the person had long hair and was wearing white sweats. The woman was located and found to be too intoxicated to care for herself. She was arrested and booked at Marin County Jail.
