Police say that on May 30 Bagley allegedly stole a wallet from a woman's pursue in Safeway in Novato. Several days later, she struck again, burglarizing a home in San Rafael, according to police. And on July 5, she opened a bank account using the name of the Novato woman whose wallet she had taken.

She also allegedly opened accounts under names of other theft victims and deposited fraudulent checks.
