Two Arrested On Suspicion of Burglarizing Downtown Safeway

Woman, 28, and boy, 16, busted by Novato police.

Two people were arrested on suspicion of burglarizing the downtown store at the Novato Fair shopping center on Friday, Novato police said.

Noelkey Fuentes, 28 and a 16-year-old boy were picked up by Novato police following a call from a grocery store employee who suspected the two were stealing items. Officers responded at 11:30 p.m. Thursday and found some stolen property in Fuentes’ car, Lt. Dave Jeffries said. During the search, officers discovered some marijuana and a pot pipe.

Fuentes and the boy were both arrested on suspicion of felony burglary and possession of alcohol.

If they were arrested on felony charges, why is it that they cannot be found on the sheriff's jail list? Did they make bail already?
Brent Ainsworth February 07, 2011 at 06:46 PM
Jerome: If a person makes bail, they're free to leave and they disappear from the "last 48 hours" jail booking log. If they don't make bail, they remain in jail and can be found on the "currently in custody" list on the jail's website.

You can also go to the court calender and see what Date,Time and Court room they will be going to .

Brent, So if the above posted bail immediately, they would not be on the Sheriff's Booking Log at all? If that is the case, we are missing a lot of the arrests.

@Claudia, Right! And even if they do not make bail, you will never know if they are illegal aliens, returning after prior convictions, because the politically correct powers-that-be have removed that previously available information from the sheriff's log. You have to really give it to those politically correct that they make sure that you do not know anything that they do not want you to know.
