Police Share Surveillance Photos of Bank Robbery Suspect

Reward offered by US Bank for info that leads to a conviction.

have released surveillance photos of a man suspected in robbing the inside the at Hamilton Marketplace on Oct. 12.

Sgt. Mike Howard said a slightly built black man estimated to be in his 20s approached a teller at 2:11 p.m. and said he had a weapon as he demanded money. He fled the bank at 5720 Nave Drive after being given an undisclosed amount of cash, Howard said.

The man was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a gray design on the front, dark baggy pants and a baseball cap with an unknown emblem, Howard said. The suspect has a mustache and goatee.

The bank is offering a reward up to $25,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspect, Novato police said.

Anybody with information about the incident is asked to call the Novato Police Department at 897-1122 or 1-800-848-0101.
