January 12

11:58am - Pastel Ln. and Yukon Way

Stolen vehicle – A 2014 silver Hyundai Sonata reported stolen with Sirius XM. Vehicle has a GPS tracking system. Vehicle later returned to RP, no suspect info.

9:38pm - 6th St.

Assault with deadly weapon – Man says he was assaulted one block from his home. Man had laceration to back left side of head and right ear. Man would require stitches.

8:49pm – NB Hwy 101 at Atherton Ave.

Reckless driving – Light blue Toyota RAV4 with paper plates reported swerving in and out of lanes. RP said vehicle almost crashed twice.

11:21pm - De Long Ave and Reichert St.

Driving under the influence –

Driver arrested and booked.

January 11

1:13am – 819 Grant Ave.

Petty theft – RP at rear of De Borbas Cocktail Lounge said cell phone was stolen from her unlocked, Chevy Tahoe. RP did not wish to file a report.

11:03am – Machin Ave.

Assist citizen – RP said he had two long guns that he wants to turn in for destruction. Four long guns were taken for destruction.

15:01 – Redwood Blvd.

Threats report – Person reported an individual was threatening to sodomize his Pit Bull. The case was sent to Marin Humane Society. RP asked for welfare check of individual who was now reported to be in San Rafael.

January 10

8:29am - Nave and Main Gate Rd.

Reckless driving – A GMC SUV was reported for reckless driving and possible road rage.

9:02am – Vescallonia Dr. / Gazania Ct.

Vehicle habitation – Person reported a small white bus parked for one month that they believe a person was living in. Police investigated to find vehicle not lived in. Vehicle had expired registration but was located on a private road so unable to tow or issue a citation.

12:18pm – 22 Rowland Way

Verbal disturbance – Female customer complained about quality of the car wash took employee's phone after he took photos of her vehicle.

13:59 - 900 Diablo Ave.

Physical fight – Two homeless males involved in physical fight near loading dock near Redwood Blvd. Officer later contacted a homeless woman that another homeless person wearing a camouflage jacket accosted her. Suspect gone on arrival of police.


17:33 6090 Redwood Blvd.

Burglary – Chevy Caprice broken into. Car owner said car doors were locked. Stereo reported stolen.
