Police Arrest Man Suspected of Lewd Acts with Three Minors

Novato police arrested a 32-year-old man accused of inappropriately touching three girls who are all under the age of 14, according to a press release.

Novato resident Kumar Swatantra Singh was booked in Marin County Jail Saturday on three felony charges of lewd and lascivious acts with a child. His bail is set at $50,000.

A mother of a 7-year-old girl reported that Singh inappropriately touched her daughter. Novato officers located two other victims, ages 8 and 9, who reported similar incidents with Singh, according to the release.

The investigation is ongoing.
