The 43-year-old suspect's accuser is a relative.

Novato police on Friday arrested a wanted man accused having contact with a minor with the intent to commit a sexual act and giving harmful material to a minor, Sgt. N. Frey said.

Police had sought Luis Gonzolo Gramajo, 43 of San Rafael, for an unspecified period, Frey said.

The arrest culminated an investigation that started on Feb. 27 with a female juvenile telling police she'd been receiving sexually explicit material from a relative over a period of several months, Frey said.

A tip helped authorities locate Gramajo in the Canal area of San Rafael, Frey said. Gramajo was arrested at about 3:33 p.m. and taken to Marin County Jail.
