Novato Man Arrested on Suspicion of Possessing Stolen Property, Burglary Tools

An early morning report of suspicious activity in the Hill Road area triggered the arrest.


Police in Novato responding to a report early this morning of a suspicious person looking into vehicles arrested a man on multiple felonies, authorities said.

Davey Cameron, 29, was found to be in possession of numerous items that are being identified as possibly stolen, police Sgt. J. Demski said.

Cameron was arrested on suspicion of possessing stolen property and burglary tools on the 1500 block of Hill Road at 4:30 a.m, Demski said.

He was booked into county jail.

The police investigation in this case is ongoing, Demski said.
