1:19 a.m., Oct. 15 — Someone reported a man running around with no pants on near Bolling Drive and Marin Valley Drive. The suspect was gone on officer arrival.
2:24 p.m., Oct 15 — A resident of Norman Drive said a naked man was streaking through an apartment complex the previous morning and was now down in a creek between Norman Drive and the Pacheco Plaza shopping center. Officers were unable to locate the suspect.
Oct. 14
2:01 a.m. — Ten to 15 people were involved in a rock-throwing fight on Entrada Drive, according to a caller.
3:04 a.m. — A large group of men were reportedly fighting on Hathaway Drive. Officers determined it was a birthday party and there was no merit to a fight.
6:59 a.m. — A black 2001 Mercedes was stolen from White Oak Way. Keys were accounted for.
9:23 a.m. — A "line of people" reported small dents on their vehicles on Entrada Drive, possibly tied to an incident earlier that morning.
10:24 a.m. — A 19-year-old man, who said he was a former gang member, said he was chased from a bus stop on Novato Boulevard to his residence by Norteno gang members. He said he saw a gun handle in the waistband of one of his pursuers and is very scared.
12:30 p.m. — Child Protective Services reported that a juvenile said parents were in an upstairs bedroom using methamphetamines. Officers made a welfare check and contacted the reporting party, and it was likely a false report.
2:06 p.m. — Four or five homeless people were intimidating juveniles entering a business in the 7300 block of Redwood Boulevard. The subjects were cleared and sent onto a bus to Santa Rosa.
3:48 p.m. — An ex-boyfriend made threats to kill a woman on Carnoustie Heights Drive. The woman said the man was threatening her and her sister while in San Rafael. Police in San Rafael were notified and advice was given.
4:14 p.m. — Two packages were taken from the community mailbox area in the 800 block of Diablo Avenue. The estimated loss is $150. A postal inspector was notified.
5:06 p.m. — Officers assisted firefighters at the scene of a small kitchen fire on Valley Oak Court.
6:41 p.m. — A man walked into Novato Community Hospital with his 10-year-old daughter and said the girl's mother supplied them methamphetamines. The girl said her 13-year-old brother was also given meth. The man was arrested on suspicion of ignoring a protective order.
7:26 p.m. — A purse was stolen off a bar at a business in the 1500 block of Grant Avenue. The suspect was located and the property was returned to its owner.
10:45 p.m. — A complaint of a loud party on Tamalpais Avenue turned out to be a baby shower.
Oct. 15
5:48 a.m. — A man was stealing items from a recycle bin and threatening the reporting party at a gas station in the 5800 block of Nave Drive. The man threw garbage all over the office before taking off on a bike. Officers were unable to locate him.
6:52 a.m. — A white Saturn and a garbage truck collided on Grant Avenue. There were no injuries and the reporting party is "hysterical." Information was exchanged between the drivers.
1:17 p.m. — A woman on Redwood Boulevard said her ex-boyfriend attempted to strangle her in March. She has photos of suspicious injuries. A case was taken for possible spousal abuse.
3:25 p.m. — A noninjury collision was reported near De Long Avenue and Redwood Boulevard. Information was exchanged between the drivers.
3:43 p.m. — An open space ranger found paraphernalia and possible offensive language written on the trail near Myrtle Place and San Ramon Way. Photos were taken and the paraphernalia was taken into evidence for destruction.
4:27 p.m. — The fraudulent use of a credit card was reported on Terry Circle. An unknown subject sent a Western Union transfer of $900. The card has been cancelled.
5:15 p.m. — A black 2001 Mercedes that had been reported stolen the previous day was located on Carnoustie Heights Drive and returned to the owner. No fingerprints were found on the vehicle.
6:23 p.m. — A woman said a man in his 50s approached her while their vehicles were at a stop sign on Bel Marin Keys Boulevard and yelled obscenities at her. Advice was given.
6:08 p.m. — A man was seen the previous day looking through the bushes at kids at Rancho School. A case was taken for suspicious circumstances.
7:30 p.m. — Police and Marin Humane Society investigated a report of a dog being treated inhumanely at a residence on Wilson Avenue. The reporting party said the dog is always chained to a backyard post. A man was seen striking the dog inhumanely.
9:43 p.m. — A man called from overseas to say he was being denied a chance to talk to his 7-year-old son by the boy's mother. The man says the child custody agreement allows the man to speak with the son, but papers confirming that cannot be found.
