A 24-year-old Novato man was arraigned Friday on three felony child molestation charges in which the alleged victim was a 7-year-old Novato girl, police said.
Ubaldo Camacho-Bustos, a landscaper by trade, surrendered to investigators at 12:27 p.m. Wednesday at the after relatives confronted him about the allegations, police Lt. Keith Heiden said.
Camacho-Bustos, the brother of the girl's mother's boyfriend, is accused of molesting the child on May 8. After his arrest, he was placed on an immigration hold because he is not a citizen of the United States, Heiden said.

Camacho-Bustos was charged with sexual pentration with a child 10 or younger, sexual penetration with a foreign object with a child under 14 and committing a lewd and lascivious act with a child under 14. He is scheduled to enter a plea on May 16.
