One of two men alleged to have stolen $10,000 in cash from a Novato deli has been arrested, the Marin Independent Journal is reporting.
Quinn McIntosh, 43, and a resident of Vallejo was arrested Tuesday on charges of burglary and violating probation.
Marin County Sheriff's detectives say McIntosh and another man broke into Rossi's Market in Black Point last month and tried to rip out the ATM machine by tying it to a vehicle.
When that failed, the pair is alleged to have taken the store's cash register and rolls of scratch off lottery tickets, valued at $10,000.
McIntosh was trying to cash some of the scratch off ticket in Vallejo when he was apprehended, after the store notified the state lottery.
