Got Drugs? Drop Off Expired Prescription Meds at Novato PD
Unused or expired medications can be dropped into a bin in the lobby of the police station.

The Novato Police Department collects unused and expired medications. You can drop them in a green bin in the lobby of the police department during regular office hours Mondays through Thursdays.

- Most teenagers who abuse prescription drugs get them from family and friends, including from the home medicine cabinet.
- Unused prescription drugs thrown in the trash can be retrieved and abused or illegally sold.
- Unused drugs that are flushed contaminate the water supply.
