The Marin County Sheriff's Office received a call about the shooting at 2:30 a.m. last Thursday. Jackson was pronounced dead at the scene.
Neville lived in the trailer with a 53-year-old man who was having a relationship with Jackson, Marin County sheriff's Lt. Jamie Scardina said.
The two older men had been living in the trailer since June 2013. Jackson was initially a guest but moved in about a month later, according to Carl Vogler, a co-owner of Lawson's Landing.
Scardina said deputies responded to a disturbance at the trailer in July 2013, and one of the three occupants was taken in for a mental health evaluation.
