PeaceNovato says thank you to all of Novato for another year of your support.
Although we did not have enough volunteers this year to carry all of the peace cranes (we had to leave over 2000 behind at the starting line) we had a great time being in Novato 4th of July Parade this year- our 14th year in the parade. Whether you are a supporter the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan or you are a supporter of the efforts to end all wars, we thank you for the respect you have given to our peace cranes recognizing the sacrifices so many Americans have made for causes they believe in.We will be taking a short break next week than resume our information table at the Novato Farmers Market on Grant Avenue starting July 15.
