mistaken identity

My husband is disabled,,was out Saturday night was ruffed up by NPD after flagging down an officer to report a subject that was out of control,, my husband then became a suspect according to the responding officers he got hand cuffed thrown on the ground.. and was told that he was ided by the caller about a man trying to break windows and such.when I found my husband in tears because his bad arm was pulled back and cuffed after informing the officers that they had the wrong guy and his arm cant be pulled back like that, we went to the Police station talked to a women behind the glass..then waited for an officer to come and talk to us,the officers that showed up were two of the officers that cuffed him,,,,the "Story that they told was very convincing I beleaved them all the way...we said good night and thank you ,,,,the next day my husband talked to the reporting party regarding the incident...some one is not telling the truth ,the reporting party said he was on the phone with the dispatcher when my husband was taken down ,,telling the dispatcher that he was not the guy ? whats really going on in town ?

So much for trying to be a good samaritan. Bet they didnt even offer an apology. They are trained not to admit guilt in any way think twice before getting involved. They will probanly face no consequences. Sorry you went thru that
