Spring Into Action! Town Hall Meeting on Underage Drinking

Think underage drinking is a right of passage? THINK AGAIN.

Many youths in Novato start drinking at an early age, which puts them at risk for violence, academic failure, accidents, and other serious consequences. THIS IS PREVENTABLE.

Join us at a Town Hall meeting May 10 at to discuss why youth alcohol use is such a problem in Novato and what can be done about it. We will highlight the latest research on what works to reduce underage drinking, including how we can keep alcohol out of the hands of youth. Let’s come together and spring into action! We ALL have a role.

Featured speakers will be Marin County Supervisor Judy Arnold and Mayor Denise Athas. Free childcare and Spanish interpretation will be available. See the flier for details.
