'No Bully' Workshop for Parents and Guardians
The mission of the Novato Blue Ribbon Coalition for Youth is to positively impact the well-being of Novato youth through community action, policy advocacy and education.
Bullying and exclusion are persistent challenges in every school and community,marginalizing diverse youth and causing students untold suffering. Bullying impacts our children’s ability to succeed in school, their careers, and relationships.
At our upcoming workshop you will:
- Get up to speed on the ways students bully
- Learn how to bully-proof your child to succeed in their friendships and avoid the role of bully or target
- Develop skills to Solution Coach™ your child through the inevitable challenges of childhood and adolescence
- Join with other parents in making our schools, district, and the Novato community a bully-free learning community
