Novato Girl Uses Video to Highlight Long-Term Shelter Cats
11-year-old Kacey is inspired to help long-term feline shelter residents at the Marin Humane Society.
Milo has MANY talents and has been waiting patiently at the to be discovered by his forever home. Eleven-year-old Kacey of Novato produced this adorable video to highlight all of Milo's special qualities.
That's right, we said 11-year-old! In fact, Kacey has produced several videos to promote long-term feline shelter residents at the Marin Humane Society. We love seeing compassion in action at such a young age. Way to go, Kacey!
If you are interested in adopting Milo, please visit the Marin Humane Society or call the Adoption Center at 415-506-6225.

- Neutered male
- Domestic medium hair
If Milo lived in the Old West, he'd be chewin' on a straw stalk, lookin' out at the horizon and reckonin' to ride the wide-open range. He's a cat who likes broad boundaries. He likes to play hard — watch him relentlessly chase the feather toys — and love deeply. And to the other cats in the room, he's sayin' "This town ain't big enough for the both of us."
Affectionate and playful — with a little excitable streak, so watch the ears —Milo has had more than his share of adventures in his life as a stray, here at the shelter and in foster. He's ready to settle down where he can spend his days being, in the words of one Pet Pal, a "clown kitty," rub against your legs and drink in all the love and good energy you can give him.

With his handsome orange coat, which will need timely grooming, and his stellar personality, Milo is confident — he can just see it — a loving home is in range!
