Marin Humane Society "Be Kind to Animals" Poster Contest

Calling all Marin County students in grades 1-8! Use your creativity to show the Marin Humane Society  what the theme "Be Kind to Animals" means to you!

Contest Rules
Original artwork (no clipart) must be submitted on 8 1/2 x 11 paper. Artwork must be competely flat (i.e. no 3-D art or objects glued to paper) and have no words or text. Submissions cannot be returned.

Submission Guidelines
Deadline is April 14, 2012. Entries must include the contest registration form and should be mailed to: Marin Humane Society, Education Department, 171 Bel Marin Keys Blvd., Novato, CA 94949

Prizes
1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will have their artwork displayed at the Marin Humane Society during the month of May in commemoration of "Be Kind to Animals Week" (May 6-12). The Grand Prize winner will have their artwork used on the Marin Humane Society's 2012 Animal Care Summer Camp T-Shirts (attended by more than 200 students). Winners will be announced on May 4, 2012.
