The Personnel Commission serves as a planning and policy advisory body on all phases of the county’s personnel program. No specific qualifications are necessary; however, it is the intent of the Board of Supervisors that, insofar as possible, at least two members of the commission shall be practitioners in personnel work or labor relations and that the membership include people experienced in corporate executive management.
