SPRING PLANT SALE COMES TO IVC

The growing season is here, and so is the annual Indian Valley Organic Farm & Garden Spring Plant Sale at the College of Marin's Indian Valley Campus. This FREE event is slated for 10 a.m. to 3 pm. on Saturday & Sunday, April 12 & 13.

If you're in the market for organic vegetable starts, culinary & tea herbs, annual & perennial flower starts, berries, fruit trees, natives and more this sale will be one stop shopping for all your garden plants!

Shoppers will be treated to tastings, live music, bouquet-making, face painting and farm tours. Attend FREE mini workshops on Reducing Water Use in Your Edible GardenGrowing Tomatoes, and Choice Varietals for Your Summer Garden.

To get to the IVC Organic Garden, take the Ignacio Boulevard exit off Highway 101, and proceed west to the college campus at 1800 Ignacio Blvd. Drive to the very end of the road, and park in the end lot near the soccer field. The garden is located at the east end of the field, a short walk from the parking lot.
