Welcome to my Novato Patch blog!

For those of you I have not had the pleasure to meet, I am Judy Arnold, your County Supervisor representing the 5th District. The district includes the City of Novato (except for the western portion which is represented by Steve Kinsey) and the unincorporated areas of Bel Marin Keys, Loma Verde, Black Point, Green Point and Indian Valley.

I was sworn into my first term as your County Supervisor in January 2007 and began my second term in January 2011. Novato is a vital community that cares about issues and the people they affect. Serving this diverse and active community is a joy.

This blog will be used to share with you County news, events and items I think are of interest to our community. I welcome your feedback on issues and topics you would like to hear more about.

I also invite you to attend the Board of Supervisors meetings on Tuesdays at the Marin County Civic Center or you can watch the meetings on the County website.
