Military Veteran In Need of Help ... Who Will Answer the Call Like She Did?

Selena is a single mom and student who needs a new clutch in her car.  Although Selena purchased the parts with a donation from another organization and attempted to repair the car herself, she realized the job was more than she could handle.

I referred her to a friend at S&N Garage in Fairfax, and Selena had the vehicle towed there. S&N provided an estimate of approximately $1,070 to replace the clutch and put the car back together after Selena's efforts to repair the vehicle. S&N advised that she may also need a radiator, and they are unable to determine if other repairs are necessary as the vehicle cannot be driven at this point. The car is a 1989 Isuzu Trooper and probably should be replaced rather than repaired.

Our unit of the Military Officers Association of America likely will make a donation, but we cannot cover the full amount of the repairs or a replacement vehicle. 

Does anyone have any suggestions for helping Selena?

Does anyone know a mechanic who is willing to donate labor to repair the vehicle?

Does anyone know of an inexpensive, reliable car for sale?

Would your group be willing to help out with a donation?

All suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Selena is a veteran and needs help.
