The BIGGEST LOSER Challenge will be starting up this Friday, Sept. 7, helping us exercise, lose weight and leading us to a healthier way of life.
In only 10 weeks, the 47 participants of our Spring BIGGEST LOSER Challenge lost a total of 554.9 pounds! Our Biggest Losers completed four challenges: running/walking, cycling, swimming and a triathlon. All are invited, whether you have a goal of losing just a few pounds or more, or if you simply want to maintain your weight loss.
This fun, proven program is for all ages, all sizes, all fitness levels. Please don't be shy.
So come on down and join other members, friends, and family for fun challenges, motivation, nutritional information, trainer workouts, advice and much more. There will be a cash prize for the team with the highest percentage of weight loss.
