Nice condo in a wonderful complex. The condo, as most other condos in this price range, went into escrow quickly - meaning there is an accepted offer on the property already.

If you are 55 or over, there are some even better buys at Los Robles Mobile Home Park. Yes, there are space rent fees, but the most expensive unit for sale here is half the price of the condo featured in this article, much bigger and in a beautiful area within walking distance to Hamilton MarketPlace. We love living here. If you are interested, contact marty@bradleyrealestate.com. She is great.

Novato does have a few very nice Mobil Home Parks, with Los Robles being one of them. Los Robles residents supported Soroptimist International of Novato's Lobster Fundraiser two years ago with a park lobster party (could not do that last year due to conflicts). Looking forward to another one this year!
